Stefano is a Project Leader in the Athens office. He is active in the Banking, Financial Institutions and Energy practice areas. His project experience spans across multiple functions, including, IT/ Digital strategy and op. model, Cyber Security and IT Risk, process reengineering and optimization, large scale integration and transformation projects and more. Before joining BCG, Stefano worked for 6 years in the Strategy & Consulting – Financial Services practice for a multinational consulting company in Italy and Greece. During his tenure, he run multiple Cybersecurity, IT, Operations and large-scale transformation projects, focusing mostly on financial institutions. He holds an MSc in Economics from the University of Florence.
