      Since 2024, Vincent Megaides has been appointed CEO of Thales Hellas and Country Director covering Greece, Cyprus, and Malta, representing Thales Group in those countries. 
Between 2021 and 2024 Vincent Megaides was Vice President Sales of the Optronics and Missile Electronics activity at THALES. He led an international sales team of 70 people focused primarily on the defense and aerospace markets. Between 2014 and 2020 he was Strategy Director within the Avionics business of Thales, driving innovation and strategy for the Group's civil aeronautics branch. Previously, between 2010 and 2013, he was responsible for Thales' Optronics business in Australia, based in Sydney. Throughout his career, Vincent Megaides has held various engineering, project management, and product management positions, participating in numerous major defense programs (Mirage 2000, Rafale, Multi-Missions Frigates, …) 
Vincent Megaides is an engineer from the University of Paris XI and holds a Master's degree from the National School of Aeronautics and Space (Sup'Aéro) and HEC Paris. He is a former auditor of the Institute of Advanced Studies for National Defense (IHEDN) and the University of Air Transport (ENAC).
