He is specialized in commercial real estate and investment properties, including office complexes, retail chains, industrial buildings and logistics facilities. Throughout his career, he has advised and represented numerous multinational companies in establishing or relocating their operations in Greece, particularly companies in the pharmaceutical, high-technology, chemical, food and beverage sectors. He has extensive expertise in large-scale investment property transactions. He is the founder of BINSWANGER GREECE REAL ESTATE GROUP, trading as BINSWANGER BINIARIS, headquartered in Neo Psychiko, Athens. Since 2007, the company has been the exclusive representative in Greece of the international real estate organization BINSWAGER US, which operates through a global network of 250 offices across the America, Asia and Europe and serves 300 of the FORTUNE 500 companies, particularly in the Office & Industrial real estate sectors. During the past, he successfully served as: Secretary General of Fiabci Hellas (The Greek chapter of the International Real Estate Federation) from 2002 to 2008, during which time he organized for the first time in Greece the World’s Real Estate Congress (2005). He also served as a Board member of the Athens Chamber of Tradesmen (2013-2018), a member of the Attica Ethics Real Estate Agents’ Committee (2013-2018) and a member of the Out-of-court dispute resolution committee for the Attica region (2013-2018).
