Dr Konstantinos Lykostratis is a Civil Engineer with an MSc and a PhD specialising in Urban Economics, and has completed postdoctoral research as an IKY Excellence Scholar. He is Head of Research at Kentriki Valuers & Consultants – Savills Hellas, focusing on real estate market research, spatial analysis, econometrics and the development of mass appraisal models. Since 2019, he has also taught at undergraduate and postgraduate level, while participating in European research projects and publishing extensively in academic journals. His academic and professional interests focus on the intersection of real estate, data, emerging technologies and advanced methods of analysis and decision-making.
